Why samsung does not provide basic S Secure feature or app that are available for galaxy A series phones but not on my S8.why samsung?

bro they will not provide s secure for galaxy s8. i think it's a marketing strategy if want wanna s secure you need to buy a samsung budget mobile like j7 . I asked about this to samsung it's been a year simply waste to ask about this to samsung. they will not provide bro😡
