I have submitted my galaxy buds voucher but i have few questions if anyone can answer.

1: even after submission, the voucher is still available in my benefits 
2: even after submission, i got an email after 4 days that my voucher will expire soon, kindly redeem.
3: i called the helpline for confirmation but then said that we are calling line wise to ppl for confirmation, so i am still waiting for them to call me.

Yes bro same thing with me. I am also waiting for a confirmation call 📞 👀 by the way which types of buds vouchers you get?

So there were two categories:

For the early birds they provided Buds pro 2

And for the launched booking: they are giving Buds FE.

I got the voucher for buds FE :(

I got the call and received my Buds 2 Pro in Black colour via courier. I would suggest making sure your form was submitted. I submitted it twice.

But when i try to submit it again, it says that email address is already registered!!

Then, your application must have been submitted. It's a waiting game now. Or maybe call them again once more and check?
