Galaxy SIf your phone is encountering issues with apps not functioning properly, follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issues:
1- Ensure that your phone is running the latest software version. Check for updates by going to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install.
2- Clearing the cache for all apps can help resolve compatibility issues. Follow these steps:
Go to Settings.
Navigate to Battery and Device Care.
Select Optimize Now to clear the cache for all apps.
3- If the issues persist, submit an error report to our technical team through the Samsung Members app:
Open Samsung Members app.
Go to the Get Help page.
Access the Error Reports section.
Choose a relevant category and describe the issue in detail.
Enable "Send Log Data" to provide essential information.
Adjust the frequency and submit your report.
To send the device logs:
Press and hold the Samsung Members icon on your home screen.
Tap on Error Reports.
Select the category of your report.
Ensure "Send Log Data" is selected.
Provide detailed information about the problem.
Adjust the frequency as per your preference.
Tap on "Send" to submit the report.
