S 22 ultra update Issue

My phone always show that my device is up to date while it is not. I'm not getting any update and been stuck with android 13 and one ui 5. Does anyone knows why I don't get any kind of update please

In the csc portion don't forget to choose Home csc. Otherwise you will lose your data.

I was also on the same problem. Stucked on android 13 , not able to receive ota updates. Then i search about it and thankfully changed the csc and got updates. Now i am on android 14.

You have to install the firmware via odin
