Kindly restart your device once: To power off through Quick settings, swipe down from the top of the screen. Tap the Power icon in the upper right of the screen (next to the Settings icon), and then tap Power off.

If the issue still occurs, please visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device. Also. we would like to inform you that as of now, there is a free-of-cost policy available for screen replacement without any physical damage or signs of water damage on these devices but the final confirmation is given by the service team only after inspecting the product physically.
