when i use camera in my device my device become very much hotter 

What is problem ?

Exynos variant?
If yes its a common problem. Common solutions are:
1)Update to lastest firmware
2) Put unused app to sleep
3) uninstall unused preinstalled app
And if the problem still persist visit the service centre
