A new rumor suggests one or more variants of the Samsung Galaxy S10 could sport 12GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage. It's likely this massive amount of memory and storage would be reserved for the Plus and/or 5G models. Currently, the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 offers Samsung's highest memory/storage options at 8GB and 512GB respectively.
