After the september2025 update on my S23 Ultra, I noticed my routines weren't working. If I go to any routine, edit it then save it, it will work for sometime but will eventually stop again after sometime.

So, I restarted the phone, wiped cache partition, cleared digital well being and routines app cache, unintsalled routine+ but nothing helped.

So, I tried by clearing Dig Well being and Routines app Data. Now I have another issue. If I want to edit or create a new routine, the If and Then lists are totally empty. It does NOT show any thing.

Any help how to fix that?

Thanks for your help. but unfortunately, non solved the issue.

Luckily, a new Routines update was released today on galaxy store which solved the issue. "If, Then" action lists were restored, while routines are working properly when triggered.

I'm not sure if the update on galaxy store was a coincidence or as a response to my Error report I created in the members app.
I'm happy to have this solved as it saved from doing a factory reset.
