Routine stopped working

This routine that I made. Was working everytime I plug my phone on the charger or place it on a wireless charge. 

It stopped out of a sudden. I have changed some conditions deleted it and remade it. But still the same never turns on

Can you show What you added in then ?

if you're hotspot is already on this action will not work

Thanks for you response. Yes for sure. But no natter is above 50, hotspot off and connected to charger. But routine isn't firing up

Originally it was exactly like the picture, then i removed each one of the conditions to try to get it to work but no luck to I deleted it and made a whole new routine exactly like the original whoch is the one in the picture

Can you try to remove hotspot off from if condition
Keepit only on then action

It will work when above 50% level or charging
And the hotspot will turned off when you remove charging

Kindly turn off the hotspot option, then try again the case will be resolved.
