Rotate to Landscape is disabled?

I am using S21 Ultra and recently updated to One Ui 7 and the i wanted to turn on the home screen Landscape mode but its disabled completely. Can anyone help?

Follow the below steps to enable auto rotation to landscape mode for the home screen:

Step 1. Swipe down from the right corner to access the quick settings panel > Tap the Auto rotate icon to enable.

Step 2. Tap and hold down on the Auto rotate icon to open the Auto rotate settings.

Step 3. Tap on the Home screen switch to enable landscape view.

After doing those steps, it shows the "Rotate to Landscape mode" is enabled, but turning my phone to Landscape does nothing and going from settings to home screen, then back to settings the mode automatically turns off
