The ringtone volume on my Galaxy S21 occasionally goes to minimum. I've disabled the option to control the volume with the side Keys, but it still happens.
Any community that can assist?
Much appreciated.

It really is a problem Jimjam. I've missed a couple of calls because of that. Maybe someone in the community will be able to assist us.

With mine it appears when I'm using WhatsApp. Does it mean a person must get in the habit of regularly checking the volume setting of your ringtone? It is a pity that there is not a default setting for ensuring that the volume can remain at the setting you selected.

Hi Members,

Please do a soft reset by pressing and holding the volume down and power button simultaneously for 20 seconds.

It could be another app causing it. I use sleep for Android and whenever I measure my sleep without my fitness tracker, it either silences the phone or maxes the volume. Before doing a soft reset, check to see if it's an app causing it.
