Restarting mobile while camera usage

My s21 FE getting sudden restarting while using camera application.anybody can help me?

I cleaned app cache and data,but no changes

Apps > reset app preferences. Try it. Else, check for software update.

You should clear cache the camera app, from the settings > apps > camera app > storage > clear cache.

Today I again face this same issue 2 times while using Tele camera even after doing all steps that mentioned above.thanks for your replies and supports

After that I didn't took any telephotos.so I didn't face that problem again.
I think my prediction is right🫥
