Was so excited getting the new Galazy S20 Ultra but now I regret it. The phone just randomly restarts itself about twice a day. It made me actually late for work the one morning BECAUSE OT RESTARTED ITSELF AND MY ALARM DIDN'T GO OFF!!!!!

Please use the Device Care option to Optimize

Please go to settings>>Device Care>>Optimize Now.

Please also take the device in to the service center to have it assessed after the lockdown.

Thank you for the advice but it didn't solve the issue. Phone restarted AGAIN NOW!!! This is suppose to be Samsung's FLAGSHIP PHONE!!!!!!!!!!

it only does that when the phone itself not fully upgraded or there is a firmware missing need to go to the nearest store
