My Samsung S21 Plus got the same issue and the same response from Samsung Customer Care.

After 12 straight years being a Samsung customer, I moved to an Iphone.

Hereafter I also not recommend anyone to buy a samsung falgship phone as their support is very disappointed even if it was a issue came from their side.
