Hi ramuRaj,

Can you try to install the app again after clearing the Google Playstore cache.

Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Storage , then tap Clear Cache and Clear Data. Do the same for app Google Play Services, restart your phone and install the app.

Check if the issue is only associated with whatsapp alone.

Hie @ramuRaj
It can indeed be frustrating when encountering difficulties installing an application. Regarding the issue with WhatsApp not installing on your S23U, here are a few frequently successful troubleshooting steps:

1. Verify Storage: Please ensure there is sufficient available storage space on your device, as WhatsApp requires it. You can check this by navigating to Settings > Storage.
2. Clear Play Store Cache: This is often a helpful solution. Please go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Storage > Clear cache (and Clear data if the cache alone does not resolve the issue).
3. Restart Phone: A simple restart can sometimes be the most effective solution!

I sincerely hope these suggestions prove helpful, and that you are able to get WhatsApp installed and functioning properly soon. Please do not hesitate to inform me if you continue to experience any difficulties.

Try to install WhatsApp from apkmirror. I think there will be no issue to update this from play store
