I would like to inform you that a Samsung S20 ultra mobile was bought by me from another country. No i live in India. I am not getting the Jio 5G band. Kindly solve the issue as soon as possible.

The phone you bought was designed for that country. 5G bands are different for different countries. There is nothing much that can be done straight away.
Your phone would need a complex re-engineering in terms of firmware ie., flash a firmware that supports Indian 5G bands.

The advice is never buy phones outside India without checking compatibility.

I had posted a similar answer to another user who bought a phone from Japan and was unable to use 5G network. You can read that post too.

Jio true 5G network not works in your's device due to it's not Indian variant. So please use Airtel Sim. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
