I am writing today to inquire about the Samsung Family Group feature. I was very interested in using its integrated tools, especially the parental controls and location sharing, to manage my family's devices.
However, when I go to Settings > Samsung account on my Galaxy S24 FE here in Bangladesh, the "Family" option is completely missing. I have attached a screenshot for reference.
My first question is to the community: Has anyone in Bangladesh successfully activated this feature? Is there a specific procedure, software update, or setting I might have overlooked?
If this feature is indeed not enabled for our region, I would like to make a formal request to the Samsung team.
To Samsung: Please consider enabling the full Samsung Family Group functionality for your customers in Bangladesh.
This is an incredibly valuable feature for families trying to ensure digital wellbeing. The ability to manage a child's screen time, approve app downloads, and use the "Find my family" feature for safety are essential tools for parents today. Activating this would create a more complete and secure ecosystem experience for countless Samsung users here.
Many other platforms offer similar tools, and having this feature integrated directly into our Galaxy devices would be a significant advantage and greatly appreciated by your loyal customers.
