Reply from Samsung on delayed updates for S21Ultra

Hi guys,

Yesterday, I had discussion With Samsung executive. He said that they don't have any sort of information on when S21Ultra will receive One UI 5.1 update in Gulf Region. Check below screenshot. 

I even told him that only this device is getting delayed updates nowadays. Older versions had already started receiving it. Still he had similar thing to repeat. 

So, there is nothing in our hand, rather waiting.

I wish Huawei would come back to the market because they have better phones than Samsung and better customer service

I have no other issues with Samsung, except updates.

I love Samsung's interface and system, but it also bothers me that I get updates from the last country. Why this discrimination? We pay the price of the phone as other countries pay

Yes. That's true 👍. US gets faster updates than any other country, I guess.

Yes, not only the United States of America, all countries of the world receive updates, and we are in the backside

I like Samsung, but updates **bleep** so much. Like SM-P610 which got the update 3 months after the date in the notices

They don't know about software update only know them about service and warranty like this...
