Regarding samsung updates

Initially samsung tease the software updates then samsung still not confirmed when to release updates, road to one ui 7 goes to hell, samsung still stuck on one ui 6.1.1 at least apple delivers what it says, why samsung is always behind when it comes to updates and still not able to deliver best updates in one go for a single version, yes few glitches need updates but samsung always stuck behind

I found another RUMOR on the web, that a test versions of One UI 6.1.1 based updates have appered on S24 branch of Samsung servers.

Also i found another RUMOR that the patch may arrive someday on the 3rd week of September.

These are only RUMORS.

Can anyone confirm or deny any of these 2 RUMORS?

Do you mean to say, Samsung is consistently incapable to deliver any updates in any time frame at all?

Yes the time provided by samsung always lag behind the given time
