Regarding Samsung s10 lite two issues

Hi friends,

I bought s10 lite and I get is replaced because the charging point was not accurate and facing issues while charging phone.

Now when I got new set I have two queries:

I have two sim I insert my airtel SIM from my old real me phone to new phone and there is no connection detected however when I put back the sim to my old phone its working. ALSO I request my friend and put my SIM in his note 10 and the sim works fine in that phone too.

Now when my friend inserted his sim in this phone then it started working for him but not for me.

I have again done the factory reset but same issue with that sim in new phone however in all other phones even all other Samsung phone that sim is working.
And for my other idea sim which I have inserted in new phone..I am getting network but once in 4-5 hours I see network bardge sign screenshot below unless for 2 seconds I goto flight mode and then switch off flight mode


My second query is regarding wifi calling option anywhere even I search in setting wifi and device manager.


Please help me in regarding these two queries.

I am getting middle sign for network intermittently and now Samsung will not accept as an issue for return.

try replacing your sim to your network provider store.and then insert in your new phone.

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. Check network operator settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.

Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.

 

2. Check SIM cards in other smartphone.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).
