Regarding S10 lite charging

Hi friends i bought s10 lite. This phone has type c charger abd at both ends charger and phone it has type c slot.

Now my question is :

When i put charger cable inside the phone type c slot it charges only from one side hwoever if flip upside down then it wont charge.

So i need confirmation that it works as per desig  only or it has some issues.

it might have some issues. The cable should be working on both sides.

you are rigbmht cable charging fro. both side but each side in type c slot only one dirextion has been accepted its like type c point mein one is plain side and other one is having a joint mark....and if i put join mark above then it won't charge but when i put plain side upar and joint one neeche then it charged

It might be designed by Samsung that way.

well i just check now it been charging from both the sides..is there any issue...now if it is working fine to whom i can report...it is jsut 8 days i bought this phone
