I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the non-delivery of my pre-booking gift associated with the purchase of my Samsung S26 Ultra.
I have been a loyal Samsung customer for many years and have always trusted the quality of your products and services. Based on that trust, I purchased the Samsung S26 Ultra approximately two months ago and redeemed the voucher for the free gift on the very same day of purchase. However, despite the passage of such a long period, I am still waiting to receive the promised gift.
What is even more disappointing is the response from your customer care team. On multiple occasions, I contacted your support representatives through chat, and each time I received the same ready-made response stating that the gift would be delivered “within a week.” I have contacted your support twice, with a gap of one week between each interaction, yet no meaningful update, tracking information, or resolution has been provided.
This kind of treatment is highly unacceptable from a global brand like Samsung. As a loyal customer who invested a significant amount in your flagship device, I expected professionalism, transparency, and timely fulfillment of promotional commitments. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite.
I request you to immediately look into this matter and provide a clear and final timeline for delivery of the promised gift. In case the gift cannot be delivered, I expect Samsung to clarify what compensation or corrective action will be taken for this unnecessary delay and inconvenience.
I hope Samsung values its loyal customers and resolves this issue without any further delay.

Galaxy SI have been a loyal Samsung customer for more than 15 years and have always trusted the brand for its quality and customer experience. Unfortunately, this experience has been extremely disappointing.
It genuinely feels like these promotional schemes are being used mainly to attract customers, while the promised commitments are not being fulfilled properly afterward. Delays without clear communication or accountability from a global brand like Samsung are simply unacceptable.
Samsung should seriously look into this matter and respect the trust of long-term loyal customers.
