I have purchased S21 Ultra 5G but in benefits section shows no available benefits so please tell me how I can redeem buds Pro voucher

Same issue. I called Samsung and they told me to wait for 2 hours after activation. Still nothing. Will call them tomorrow

Nothing to worry about contact Samsung Support within Members app. I also had same issue which was resolved by support with in a day.

I believe it takes some time, I got my S21 ultra on 30th of January and Redeem offer appeared on app on 3rd of Feb. I was notified via email by Samsung that redemption offer is available in app now. I redeemed buds pro the same day till now just waiting for delivery or atleast a confirmation call.. 😄
