Recent Update After Effects – Battery, Heating & Camera Issues

Dear Samsung Team,

After the recent software update, my device performance has dropped significantly:

1. Battery Life: On heavy use, the battery lasts only 2 to 2.5 hours.


2. Heating Issue: The phone heats up quickly even during normal usage.


3. Camera Quality: The camera performance has become very poor compared to before.



All these problems started after the recent update. Honestly, if this was the performance from the start, I would have preferred going for an iPhone instead.

Please fix these issues in the next update as soon as possible.

Send an error report along with log files to customer support through this members app, and Samsung will add/fix it in the next update. To do that, follow this procedure
Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members app as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update maybe fix it by Samsung team soon. Path: Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
