Finding difficulty claiming my free Samsung tab S6 Lite. It's not submitting

Are you receiving any error messages? Are all fields completed correctly?

Yes..all fields are completed. The submit is just going round and round

Where can I claim my storage upgrade?

Your storage upgrade should of come when you purchased the phone. Through network shops (Vodacom etc) the price for the 512GB was the same as the price for the 256GB while stocks last etc

Through Samsung, you would click on the 512GB option and it will be the same price as the 256GB
