Today I've received One UI 3.1 Update on Galaxy S20 Plus. Attached is the change log

And I'm surprised that it doesn't have any s21 features which I was looking forward to.

No directors view in camera.

No Google Discover feature.

No New Call backgrounds.

Received for my S20 as well... haven't installed yet

Director's view is a hardware limitation for the S20.
Samsung will take a call soon on rolling out the Google Discover feature to older Galaxy phones. Maybe we'll get to see it bundled with the next patch.
And you can set call backgrounds using animoji videos now, just like S21. Only the 2-3 extra stock options are missing.
