Received Damaged S22 Ultra

So, I received my s22 ultra with some glue coming out of right bottom corner of front glass and display from bottom also looks like it's pressed it has some dent inside glass, even though the display is fine now, it might break later 🤔 . Straight out of the box like this, I even got unboxing video proof....
Anyone else faced this?

I had the same issue but it was with my xiaomi mi 11 exactly the same problem that you have. so i returned it back and i bought samsung s21 ultra.

Better to return the phone to samsung services and ask them to replace the device with another one..

I guess they'll just repair it and i don't want them to do it as it's done by local repairers in UAE. I really want a factory assembled phone so I'll ask them for a replacement

You have 7 days since the day you received the device. You can report to Samsung service and ask for either a repair or replacement

Yeah but it's been 14 days now, i guess they'll just replace the screen panel only and not the whole phone? 🤔

Just contact them and they might even provide you a replacement.
