I started getting rattling sound in my s24 ultra, a click sound when i lift my phone, since yesterday. It isnot from any external parts and coming from inside. Internet says ois parts sound, but why it started coming from yesterday and why it was not there before? My all camera functions are intact.

The camera OIS sound only happens when you shake your device and have ears close to it to hear. The click sound when you pickup the phone, check if it is coming from speakers or not. If it is, maybe some setting you turned on to notify you of unread notifications when you pickup the phone. If it's not speakers or the vibration, then better to check it at a service center.

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.

● Reset the camera settings: Tap on Camera>Settings>Reset settings>Reset.

● Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

● You can reset your device by following the steps:
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember the password then advise to reset (Forgot password) your Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tap on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Btw i went to service centre and they said the sound is perfectly normal coming from camera ois system.

I have the same sound even when the camera is in zoom. Is it OK? Just got the phone 2 days ago
