RCS Message Registration Failed

[NASH1802]

I switched to ne device recently S25 ultra from S23. I registered for RCS Chats on samsung messages.

But now i am unable to use the same on my new device shows registration failed on samsung messages. 

Also i tried Google messages it stucked on verifying status n not registered.

Kindly advise on solutions..

I tried airplane mode,updating the app, n clr carrier services too.
