Is it just me or does RCS chat not seem to work on one UI 7? I have an S24 and I have tried to connect it but no matter how many restarts I do Google messages is status is stuck at "setting up"

Here are a few things to try to fix the issue:
1. Check RCS Settings in Google Messages:
Open Google Messages, tap the three dots in the top-right corner, and go to Settings.
Under Chat features, make sure Enable chat features is turned on.
If it's already on, try turning it off and then back on.
2. Clear Cache and Data of Google Messages:
Go to Settings > Apps > Messages.
Tap on Storage > Clear Cache and Clear Data.
After clearing the cache, open the app again and check if the RCS status updates.
3. Ensure Mobile Data and Wi-Fi are Working: RCS chat requires a stable internet connection, either through mobile data or Wi-Fi. Make sure both are working fine.
4. Check for Software Updates: Ensure your phone is running the latest One UI 7 version with the most recent bug fixes. Go to Settings > Software update to check.
5. Verify Carrier Support for RCS: Some carriers may have issues with RCS activation. Ensure your carrier supports RCS chat on your device.
6. Try Using Samsung Messages: If the issue persists, try using Samsung Messages instead of Google Messages, as it may have better integration with One UI 7.
