Quick share shoes no apps to perform

After updating to one ui 8, when tapping on Settings> Connected devices > Quick Share

a toast appears, "No apps can perform this action".

On galaxy store this app shows installed but does not open.

Ensure that Quick Share is enabled and all permissions are granted. Clear the app's data and cache.

Checked after clearing data already. Also there is no quick share tile on quick panel

If possible, perform a 'Factory data reset' on the device, or wait for the next update.
