Quick panel background issue in UI 7

I tried many times to change the Quick Panel's background color, but it remains a contrasting color. I tried using Good Lock, but nothing happened. Please fix this; I am unable to customize it.

Yes, I am using light theme, and that contrast color looks so different

Sorry bro, I have used the Good lock. Please follow the below steps.

Steps
1. Download Good lock
2. Theme lock
3. Quick panel tab
4. Create your own Quick panel with color.
