Can I get same calls and sms on 2 Samsung phones at single time if both is logged into same Samsung account, For example I have an S24 Ultra and that is Non PTA but I have an PTA approved A73 so can I receive calls and sms on my S24 if someone calls on my A73 ?

No brother.
But you can login same WhatsApp on both phones, and if you get call on WhatsApp, then you can pick that from any of your devices.

Yeah, I know that same ways I thought it might be possible with wifi like WhatsApp works with wifi on Non PTA phones

The Samsung account is immaterial to this issue, irrespective of login status. This strategy will be ineffective.
