Is your device record slow motion video smoothly(without frame drop) ? 

• Super slow motion work fine in my S21.
• Record slow motion in safe mode work fine.

Recording slow motion video in normal mode record video with frame drop in my device.

I already reset my device.

I jus had latest ONE UI 4 update and the normal slow mo mode gives hiccups 🤯🤯 is soooo jittery
