Galaxy SThis usually happens when Bluetooth gets stuck in a reconnect loop — especially after switching earbuds between devices.
A normal restart doesn’t clear it because QCC is a system service.
If QCC keeps running even with Bluetooth off, use the advanced ADB reset below.
Tools Needed
Download Android Platform Tools (ADB) from Google:
https://dl.google.com/android/repository/platform-tools-latest-windows.zip
Unzip it to a folder such as:
C:platform-tools
Advanced QCC Reset (ADB Method)
1. Enable Developer Options
Settings → About phone → Software information → tap Build number 7 times.
2. Enable USB Debugging
Settings → Developer options → USB debugging → ON.
3. Connect Phone to PC (File Transfer Mode)
Open Command Prompt inside the platform-tools folder.
4. Run These Commands:
adb devices
adb shell
pm clear com.qti.qcc
If it shows Success, the QCC service has been reset.
5. Reboot the Phone
Turn Developer Options OFF afterward.
