Problems after One UI 4 Android 12 update

Ever since I upgraded to One UI 4 Android 12, my S20 FE and 52S 5G will not send material to the Secure Folder. Is anyone having the same challenge?

I'm using the Galaxy A52s 5G and i recently updated it to the One UI 4 and I can still sent material to Secure Folder, just choose an item you wanna send to the secure folder and click the 3 dotted thingy down on the right side, Secure Folder should be there!hope this helps.Screenshot_20220210-104004_Gallery_7993_1644482404.jpg

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.
