Problem with S22 ULTRA media sound

I've recently " after one UI 5.0 update " noticed that whenever i try to listen to media in general from any app the sound cuts off then back on ... then realized that the volume level is constantly changing while am listening to media , so i thought maybe the volume buttons are stuck but have them few presss and they where fine , restarted the phone and it was back to normal and then 5 hours later the same problem is back

You can try wiping cache partition by booting device into recovery mode and check.
