Is there any problem in S23 ultra regarding 5g network? my device is not showing Volte on 5g but it is showing on 4g. If I set preference on 5g then I can access internet but unable to call or receive any call in my device...whereas if I set preference on 4g then I can access them both...

I think I may have a solution.
Go to settings > connections > wifi calling > switch on wifi calling and set calling preference to "Mobile Network Preferred" it might force VoLTE. See my secons screenshot.
I usually use VoWiFi.Screenshot_20230902_115242_Wi-Fi Calling.jpgScreenshot_20230902_115259_Wi-Fi Calling.jpg

VoNR is not yet available in India on any carrier, so every time u make or receive calls, network will switch to 4G(LTE). If u set it only on 5G then u won't be able to receive or make any calls.
It's like u need LTE over 4G to make and receive calls similarly u need VoNR on 5G to make and receive calls.
Hope it explains.

The same problem I faced when I updated to beta. On 5G mode VoLTE goes out and I was not able to make call but in LTE mode VoLTE came back and was able to do call. Due to this issue I rolled back to OneUI 5. But I was facing the same issue even after rollback and some how today morning the issue got resolved on its own.

I thik this the issue with Jio and Jio specifically mentions that automatic switching will happen between 5G and 4G network and while updating to beta jio is blacklisting some of the devices and preventing to make calls while in 5G by not showing VoNR or even VoLTE.

Even some new Cbrs Data option has come after beta update even after I rolled back to stable 5.1 the option is there. There is something serious issue with related to Network in Beta.

I updated my s23 ultra to beta yesterday night and I faced the issue and thought the issue is realted to beta. But who knew that many people were facing the same issue even without updating their phones.
