Prebooking gifts

I cant find any vouchers in the members tab for my prebooking gifts. What to do.

Just wait for it like all of us are waiting. I also still have not gotten my voucher and samsung helpline said to wait 😒

The delivery of the preorder gifts is delayed already, I redeemed my voucher on 6th April but they said that the delivery of the gifts will start from next week.
