I'm done with pre order gifts . Samsung Pakistan provide the worst services . I think Samsung shouldn't allow them if these sort of problems can't be handled by them .
Its 9th day I'm using and still got no voucher.
The other problems includes
Fast Battery drains
Weak Network
Slow services

Almost same with me, we have applied for the pre order gift after a week yesterday they cancelled the order with out any notification. No idea where to contact. Support assistant says that some one will call you but not sure when after so many days
