Use Proton VPN it's free for one device. Change your region, but you need to take out your sim. Download the original Good Lock from the Store. Do the same when you need to update as it will default back to unsupported region.

All lot of the new features are only available thanks to the AI chip they installed, plus a lot of the software features that are available for other devices will be rolled out to older devices
