You need to register your phone in your Samsung Account first. Then in the Samsung Members App, go to Benefits, scroll down and you will see the banner written "Redeem Galaxy S6 Tab Lite", click on the banner and you will be redirected to a web page were you will fill in your details.

Cell C is no better!
Ordered my S23 Ultra online, it was delivered to my door last Friday, ONLY to find they sent me the 256gb and not the 512gb as promised.
I called them straight away upon my discovery, the assistant on the other end told me they all come with 256gb and not to worry, I will receive the extra storage along with my Galaxy tablet as part of the Pre-Order special... **bleep**!
Time of writing this is Wednesday evening, I have even tried cancelling the contract, yet Still awaiting some feedback!
I can't see no resolution or assistance regarding the matter any time soon 🤬
I am going to lose out on both the extra storage and Tablet.
Never ordering a phone online again!
