hi. on your Samsung Members homepage, scroll down to benefits and check if there isn't a banner that says "get free buds" or something like the.

Hi Guys.

I have ordered the free gifts for the S21. I have received the congratulation email. This was 7 days ago. I have had no feedback regarding where this is or when it will be delivered. Could somebody please help???Maybe supply us with a phone/email Addy? A tracking link? Right now.. there is absolutely no way of getting an update, which is incredibly frustrating
