even though I got a mail saying my claim has been registered, I still get this error message on my members app,I first used the barcode scan method,afterwards entering it manually, keeps on giving me the same message after a while

Your claim for the gifts is successful, however you still need to check for the R1000 voucher, which is separate from the gifts. 

Please try uninstalling the App, then reinstall it. Also make sure that you are using the same email used when you were registering for the pre order.

I just did it ,The banner is still showing the gift and the care banner,tried registering again,buy still says already registered, spoke to Trisha on online chat, she says something that the voucher will get delivered with the gifts,is it true?
