I keep been asked for proof of purchace I have submitted the order document from sky that contains all the information required but still no joy, I think sky may have to have the phone back

Hi All,
I personally would suggest that Samsung rather drop their prices on their devices than to make false advertising and promises with their gifts.
I Pre-ordered my Note 20Ultra and received it last year August. Up until now I still haven't received the promised voucher.
Further to that is that fact that you have to phone them every week just for them to tell you that some " Team Leader, Supervisor" will come back and that it's been escalated.
We have mails where they asked for our address and promised it will be delivered within the next couple of days.
So today I did a follow-up call again after a whole year, just to have them telling me that I didn't qualify for the promotion and there is nothing they can do.
They are just completely lying as far as they go.
