Pre-ordered my Note 20 Ultra with them promising a R4000 gift vouched. I did the upgrade in August 2020. On Friday 15th September I phoned x 4 Times where again was cut off and had to re-explain my whole story to each consultant just for them to say it will be escalated. I then went to my call history and picked up that I phoned this useless crowd x67 times now since August 2020. You guys are worse than SARS and absolutely do not have one positive review. Management and senior staff should be ashamed.
