I received my phone in the first week of April, i still dont see any banner on the member's app, when i call the customer services team, they say they will call me back and no one calls me its been a week of this.

I ordered thru Bank Alfalah

I am having the same issue but I called samsung helpline, they said to wait and we will get the voucher and the voucher clean deadline is 31 May so they said not to worry, samsung is working on it!!! I got my s22ulta on 4th April and still have not received any voucher
