Hi guys, I have the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. I recently switched from the S23 Ultra. In the S23 Ultra, the portrait video mode had 1x and 3x zoom options, but in the S24 Ultra, there is only 1x. Why?

Idk why you are getting that? I have s24+ and I can get 1x,2x and 3x

Try changing the resolution

The S24 Ultra also has 1x and 2x zoom, but it crops the main 200MP sensor instead of using the 3x telephoto lens.
