Portrait mode not working on S20 FE 4G

The portrait mode doesn't work at all in my S20FE 4G everything else is fine but that doesn't work.

Any solution??

Bro, follow the guidelines,

Take pic when it shows ready(in yellow color)> second, try with faces or live subjects..check once

If still problem persists drop feedback to Samsung via Samsung members app

And if its the same output in every situation then send error report to Samsung
