Portrait blur problem

I have an s24 ultra and it's showing a problem in portrait video a blur problem

Can't focus on object

Problem happening only in one mode of portrait

Go to advanced settings, try both options, and check for any differences.
● HEVC
● H.264

Enable high bit rate and HDR10+ in the first mode.
Check again.

Click the screen where the object is; you can also lock the focus. Try all these methods.

It's a software issue, because all other modes are focusing.
